OnQ Hilton University is our award winning e-learning facility that is available to all our Team Members across the world to access on-line learning and development.

It provides a superb, varied range of learning opportunities to help you develop your skills and your career. There is a tremendous range of subjects on offer with an increasing number of them being available in different languages.

Whether it’s management skills, personal development courses, learning a language, Financial training or Brand toolkits – it’s all there for you to choose from. You can work with a top international hotel school to learn about your chosen area of expertise. There is also Hilton specific training in our systems, processes and products.

OnQ Hilton University is a great way to learn at your own pace. And it’s so easy to connect – you can access it from your hotel or office as well as having the ability to connect in when you are away from work. You can also choose to join one of the virtual classroom sessions where you can learn alongside other Team Members. And if you need help Professor Hu is always available to assist you with any queries as you navigate through the system
